Please make sure the electronic devices you use to login the Zoom meeting are connected with stable Wifi.

Before the presentation, check the camera, internet connection and microphone (The camera must be turned on during the presentation so that judges could see your faces).

Presentation language will be in English only.

In the jury judging presentations made via Zoom, the username of the finalists must be the student's own name and surname.

It must be ready 10 minutes before the presentation time and must be online at the specified time.

The advisor cannot participate in the presentation.

In projects prepared by more than one student, all students must participate in the judging. Otherwise, the project will not be judged. Project owner students can participate in the judging on different computers without coming together if they wish.
